Product description

This outstanding top of the range wildlife camera is really powerful and will provide you with sharp full colour video images during the daylight hours, combine this with its powerful 70m IR night vision capabilities and you have the perfect all rounder. This ultra high resolution colour camera has a manual 5 - 50mm zoom and focus adjustment so it can be finely tuned to most locations. It comes ready assembled and fitted with your selected cable length (max 90m). It is powered by a (supplied) 12v mains adaptor which simply plugs into and runs down the video cable, so there is no need for an external power source, easy to set up and a pleasure to watch!

We recommend that you do not run a cable further than 50m from this camera. 240/12v DC power is required within 10m of the camera. You may also wish to consider a wireless system, please call us to discuss your project

Would you like to connect your camera kit to a computer?

This kit can be connected straight to your computer if you have the appropriate connections. Look for a round yellow socket (the same as on your TV) on the back of your PC. If you have one of these connectors on your PC it will most likely be on the graphics card, a TV card or a dedicated capture card. If you dont have this connection or you plan to use a laptop we would recommend using one of our Video to USB adaptors. All you need is a spare USB socket and an audio jack input socket (most computers will have these). Software is supplied to get you started (we have XP/Vista and Apple Mac versions available) but once connected you can pretty much use any piece of software that can accept a live video input (eg. most webcam software). We also recommend I-catcher Wildlife which has full motion detection capabilities and much more!
